Recover abandoned carts
Review consent, timing and recorded delivery results before enabling reminders.
- Open Orders, then Abandoned carts. Read the consent rules before turning reminders on.
- Choose reminder timing and an existing discount if offered. Do not add an unsupported promise to your message.
- Check recorded statuses. A scheduled reminder is not a delivered email or a recovered sale. Turn reminders off to stop future sends.
